Itachi would win because he's stronger and has the Sharingan so he could read Orochimaru's moves.

no way in hell can orochimaru win against Itachi. orochimaru is strong but itachi can read the moves of his opponent before they even think about it, no one has ever escaped Itachi's mangekyou sharingan...BUT.....if orochimaru teams up with his predecessor sasuke that might be different story, eventhough sasuke's sharingan didn't reach the level of mangekyou sharingan, nevertheless they might have an upper hand in the battle against Itachi.

I would...sure, Orochimaru's a Sannin and all...but I think Itachi would win anyway
