i need a website specifically from the secretary of state. a simple yes or no will not help me. a detailed response with a website will be very helpfull. even a website to the drivers facility website will of valuble info. thank you.

It doesn't mention anything about a hearing test. Consider that wearing a helmet would impair hearing, so I don't think it will prohibit a person from getting a license if they are hard of hearing. Link below.

it is named a "bike endorsement", which specifies what automobiles you could function. Now it is totally complicated (no longer attainable) to get a endorsement on a license you do not have. in short, no! when you're stuck operating any motorized vehicle on the line you'd be in additional desirable worry. even even if it is utilising a vehicle that does no longer require a license.
