Did America help at all and if they did for how long? since the beginning? or only until the end? or not at all?

The US made no effort to stop the Rwandan genocide; in fact, US officials went out of their way to avoid using the word "genocide" so that the US would not be legally required to intervene.

Bill Clinton leading our government of people ignoring the thing and actually made sure the UN would not get involved. At the same time as all our "leaders" were doing nothing the country was being bombarded with the OJ trail. I guess that was more important
