lol Everyone has their own idea as to what walking distance is. I view anything within 4 miles ie 8 miles return trip to be within walking distance. But I know a lot of people who would disagree. The best way to answer the question is simply to quote a distance or time taken. As a rough guide, most people walk at around 3 miles per hour.

It's to cool down from you grown frustration and anger. Usually people tell you to "walk it out" if you get a bad result for school and really hate the teacher and want to do something to do to her at the exact moment.

It's a dance that came from my home state GA!!! I'll have to show you how it's done, when the song comes on the radio everybody at school asks me to do it, and I do.

Normally "walk it out" is when you do something very active or you have pains, you do need to walk around, and not sit to relieve the pain.
Looking at the other answers maybe the song is referring to something else.
