Basically, besides the genes, only about 2%. That is, men don't have wombs or cervices and uterus'.

In the womb, the fetus will have the ovaries drop and v*gin*l lips seal, to become the b*llsac and testicles, the "little man in the boat" will elongate and become a p*nis. (Similar, but not entirely like how female bodybuilders "cl*tor*s' become much, much larger and is called cl1toral hypertrophy, almost becoming a small pen*s.) So, we see that some of the parts are easily interchangeable in the womb! It just depends on the genetic sex and the "hormonal wash" the fetus is exposed too!

Actually, despite what alot of people seem to think, the differences between the sexes phsyically is very hard to say. Due to the vast differences in one human being to the next due to genetics, it is very difficult to simply divide people into two binary groups. Since there are many possible chromosome patterns, xx and xy don't fit the bill, especially when one considered examples such as women with androgen insensitivity, who have xy. As for the physical differences, ask any intersexed person what they think about it.

The only differences real, 100% true differences between men and women are the social expectations and way they are treated.

Men and women are incredibly different in these ways:

Anatomical
Physiological
Psychological
Cultural
and more...

They are physically very different, mentally very different (their brains are wired so differently from men's that they can almost be considered a separate species), and so on... There are thousands of pages that could be written about this.
