I'm tan & asian (black/dark dark brown hair & eyes). What color clothes would look best on me? Does brown match too closely with my tan skin?

Asian girls look great in all colours. I think it is the most beautiful and ideal colour of the skin for a woman. From your description you will look great, no matter what colour you are wearing.

Stay away from anything that'll give your skin more of a 'yellow' look like yellow (obviously), certain greens, and orange. Black, red, and blue look dramatic and complement the skin tones very well. You can do brown, but carefully. If I wear brown, I try to set it off with a much lighter color peaking through (like a pink tank top).

I think asian people look best in red or black. Brown may look a little odd, but it may look okay.
