Stand in an open doorway with the palms of your hands facing in toward your body.

Push the outside of your hands against the frame of the doorway as hard as you can for 1 minute. (Have someone in your family time you)

After 1 minute place your arms back to the side of your body Step out from under the doorway and relax your arms.

What happened to your arms when you stepped out from under the doorway?

Why do you think this happened?
