You cannot stop stress. you have to learn to manage stress in a positive way! The same with anger! Don't beat yourself up over it! Everyone gets angry at one time or another! Be aware of your thoughts, feelings and emotions when this happens to you! Say to yourself "This to will pass" I am not going to let it get to me! It's OK! I am not going to make a mountain out of a mole hill!! I am not going to overreact to this! I am OK, I am OK!!!!!!!

ah, I've been feeling the same way lately a lot of anger and stress. take a vacation, i mean it. even if you just stay in town. get a hotel in the city and stay there for a couple of days away from everyone that provokes the anger and stress. and sleep, take a nice relaxing bath. just being alone really helps. good luck

Margins. Without margins, it's easy to be angry and frustrated which, when repeated daily, weekly, etc with no end in sight, results in stress.
What are margins? It's having room to succeed, room to fail, room to breath, room to experiment, room to follow your passions. Finances will control to a large extent how much margin you will live with. Emotional margins (i.e. good/bad relationships) will take their toll for better or for worse as well.
I can go into more details and thoughts how to add margins and reduce that stress/anger. Please supply more information if you're looking for a good, real answer. What is your stress/anger - work, relationship, what?

You should consider joining yoga classes to relax. If you dont have the time to do so, just slowly breath in and out about 10 times. Or, count to 10 and think about the situation calmly. I also have some yoga poses.

slowly breathe in and out, and take a kick boxing class to release your anger. you not only relieve stress but get a great work out.

Short term or long term ?
If the cause is short term, then step away, take a breather.
If it is long term, get some therapy or change the envrionment for good.

Have to take time out, and not take your job home with you . Music, aromatherapy, massage, meditation are excellent stress relievers.
