how many different tests are there to determine iq scores

Average is 100. Anything you take online will not be truly representative of your iq, you need to get a test administered by a professional. The Stanford-Binet and Wechsler tests are the most common ones used today. Theoretically, an IQ could go very high, by the nature of the normal distribution. However, it's very uncommon to be over 200.

220 is the highest IQ score. Anything above can't be tested... And there has not been many people to even reach that level of intelligence.

i've done two. first came out with 137 out of 160, the second 92 out of 100.

But i guess there must be some special test for those prodigy children...
