A Friendwith no highschool..?

I have a friend who flied from Somalia last week,he has no high school transcrip due to civil war (long story),he wants to start university again,he is 25...
What are his option,are there access routes who would take him?

He might be able to take the G.E.D. here if you explain his situation. Then he could get into maybe a technical college, and work his way up.

Good luck to your friend.Could redo exams and then go to a uni.
