What is it with Madonna and her British accent?!!?? She was born and raised near Detroit.

I know I always wonder that myself she was Born in Michigan and Moved to NYC @ 19 yrs old and started her career....She now lives in England though I believe at least for past 10 years or so and goes back and forth across the pond to Beverly Hills maybe its part of her ACT ??? or maybe she picked up a little bit but I personally think its a FAKE accent ..Dont you ?? I mean now that she has kids and all she dont let them watch TV or see things from her past like certain videos ect from what she said on Oprah show awhile back its probably part of her image to her kids all prim and proper now but hmmm we all know the truth huh lol

You start living in a place and constantly around people with a different accent....and you'll unconsciously pick it up.
