Male spiders have testes which make sperm but these are not external. They deposit a package of sperm on one of the male's pedipalps - a modified leg - and the male uses this to insert the package into the female.

If you're referring to testicles, then no. They only have genital openings, basically a hole from which sperm exits the male and enters the female.
