My little sister has one and I don't know if she should or not.

Don't worry. They're just friends who hold hands. But they shouldn't have real boyfriends by no means.

Absolutely not. No one should date until they've grown normal body parts. What do fifth-graders need to date for, anyway?

She should not. She should wait until she is at least 14, 15.

I don't think they should. If they only see each other at school, they may just be friends. Talk to your parents about this one.
