How we survive love ones that are not even out there in the game get killed for visiting family for his birth?

My nephew was stationed in V.A. He was in the Navy for 3 years he and his 4 month pregnant wife came home to celebrate his 22nd birthday with his family and he was about to shipped over seas. On his birthday June 16, 2006 he was at my moms house his grandmoms house. He visited friends down the street He sat outside to get some air he always have hated cigarette smoke talking on his cell someone came in the dark on the side on the house and shot him in the top of his head and in his rightside of his face. HE DIED He wasn't 22 24 hours. Now the street say it was mistaken identity whats that about. Need some kind of help

I am very sorry for you loss.They say time heals all pain but the memories is still there and they are hard to dismiss.I can only hope that they find the person who did this and he gets what he deserves.
