I'm both,fat because winter is a very hard time to get out and walk and excersise.then phat because i am the boss of my house and my 10yr old's friends think i'm cool.

I am fat because I don't have an active life and I'm disabled and I'm poor and I hardly ever get healthy food because I have to depend on my father, who does not care about healthy living. And I sometimes starve (going 6 hours or more without food) which lowers my metabolism. And I have bad blood because my messed-up mothere and poor excuse of a father got together and had me. And I have stomach problems which harass me almost every day. And I have a weak lower spine that bens the wrong way. (And crunches don't help at all to lose belly fat, btw; they only strengthen underlying muscles.)
I'm not TRULY fat. I am not "woman" sized. I am size 10. But evidently, that is fat enough to be called fat because even though there are more people who are overweight than ones who are not, this society is more concerned with thinness than othere countries which are "thin" (not including underdeveloped countries; we all know why they don't care about being thin).
Also...my boobs, which are big and round, make me look fat. I hate them. But this is where I explain myself (because I don't want you people to think I'm LAZY). Yes, I do drink a lot of water (in fact, I keep a thermos by my bed). And yes I do go walking (I can't drive afterall; my main disability-I have 4--is spinocerebellar ataxia). And I live in a house with 2 floors. I go up and down at least 50 steps a day.
