No one can answer given the few words you have provided. Divorcing parents can be done but only in extraordinary circumstances. An attorney would have be moved by your situation to take it on - or be paid a whole lotta money. You have to be represented by an attorney and a Guardian Ad Litem in order to bring such a motion before the court.
Better check out what you would have if you ever treated your parents so rotten. And they would have to be very bad, inept and dangerous to begin with. If they were that bad, CPS probably has made a call or two. Most children are seen as spoiled and bratty and troublemakers - without lots of evidence and witnesses - so you would not get far. I think you put this question up because you are angry and the idea appealed to you. But most kids think about divorcing their parents. And their teacher. And their best friends. And their whole family. And their siblings.

It's not your marriage to put an end to. If your parents
wanted to divorce you and your spouse, how would you
react?
It would cost you more than money. It would cost you
your freedom to marry who you wanted to.
It would give any children you'd have with someone the
power to divorce your marriage if they wanted to.
If a judge decided in your favor, that decision becomes
the law in that state for every one else's marriage.
Things you do to others come back to you, like it or don't.

You don't own your parents. Your parents are not your
property. You've no right to control their marriage, or
any one else's.
Any time you take a person to court, you give a judge,
the law, and the state more power over you than you
want them to have-the unlimited kind where you don't
get to decide the outcome. It's like gambling.
The house always wins.
Own yourself, and your life. Not any one else's.

You're talking about emancipation. The requirements for it vary by state, but it's RARELY granted in any state. You have to be at least 16 to petition for emancipation (with the exception of ONE state, where the age is lower). Yes, it cost something. At a minimum you’d have to pay filing fees and court costs. There may be other expenses as well.

There are many requirements for emancipation, and most teenagers don’t even come close to meeting them. At a minimum you would have to prove that you are capable of fully supporting yourself—paying for rent, utilities, food, medical expenses, etc—with NO assistance from anyone. That doesn’t mean moving in with someone else and depending on them for help/assistance/support. And the judge will want to see that you can fully support yourself while remaining in school. In addition, you have to provide a VALID reason that emancipation would be in your best interest. Reasons such as just not getting along with your parents or wanting more freedom aren’t valid reasons. The court can require other things as well, and they can deny emancipation for any reason that they see fit, including, but not limited to, their belief that you lack the maturity to function as an adult.

Grow up. Move out on your own. Why would you have to divorce your parents if you are old enough to make decisions? What are you, a movie star or diva or something? You must be like 11 or 12 years old.

you cannot divorce your partents as you are not married to them, you can leave home, move some where else, but you have to be 21 years old for a girl or 18 for a boy

if your parents arfe cruel to you, then you can report to some social welfare group in your area.
I suspect you are a little upset at being told off for something minor.

yes you can. Call a lawyer. But I think it is very vain and disrespectful for a child to do that. I don't know your situation, but that is my opinion not knowing all the full details :)
