It was said that, some parents r trying to sue my space because their kid - had got raped or something. And, because they met them on myspace - they feel like myspace is responsible.

I totally disagree, if u allow your child to get on the internet - u know the risks. For that matter they will need to sue the creator of the internet; because the net have alot of invaders on line from spam to........everyother site they may enter or that may contact them.

So, tell me what do u think?

It's not myspace's responsibility to take care of the kids. Parents need to not let their children have computers secretely. Because nowadays kids will go behind their back for a myspace. It's the "in" thing to have. I don't think again that myspace is responsible. Nor are any other social networking sites.

I agree, the parents should have set restrictions with thier kid before allowing Myspace. How is the company responsible for what people do, they had nothing to do with it.
It is likely that the parents just wanted to take the blame from themselves because they obviously had not raised their children well if they are willing to talk and meet strangers. I am sure they feel bad and most people always try to make excuses to why it was>>> not their fault myspaces!
For the thousands of years people have been around it seems very few learn to take responsibilty for thier actions!

I observed that on the information final night, that Myspace is being sued for 30 million money by skill of a 14 12 months previous. i'm disgusted. you comprehend, possibly if mom and dad did no longer enable their youthful teenage babies placed up photos of themselves in underclothes, and easily supervised their youngsters, this would not ensue. i don't comprehend ways Myspace ought to probable be at fault for some dumb infant assembly somebody she met on line and getting sexually assaulted. there is an element called "basic experience", and that i comprehend that babies have a complicated time with that, yet come on. there is likewise something called "blatant stupidity". and that's what that's. what share situations have people been advised a thank you to guard themselves on line? I want people could take greater own duty, particularly of suing somebody basically so as that they do no longer must be the only that became incorrect. Who concurs with me?

I think people can meet rapists anywhere, really. It's not like that sort of thing started with the internet, let alone MySpace.

People like to sue all the damn time for no really good reason. Bad stuff happens, and they can't just accept that it was either their own fault or nobody's fault, suck it up, and get over it.

It wasn't the first time someone got hurt somewhere, and it won't be the last.
