How do I find someone to look into my son's death?

My son died 12 years ago. His death was ruled a suicide and I've always felt the local police did not do a thorough investigation. My reasons would make this a long story, but basically I'm looking for help in finding a trustworthy forensics person or investigator that would just look at some photos perhaps.
