Let's say that for some physical or psychological disorder your husband/ wife wouldn't be willing to have sex with you. You guys get along just fine in every other area of your relationship, and you love her/him. Would you still be married with that person?

Please let me know your age and if you are man or woman.

i find this question interesting. I'm a 26 yr old female. i would say yes, I'd stay married to him. Ive been married for 4yrs now and i love my husband dearly, marriage is not about sex only. Maybe i say this because i started having sex at a later age than others.
hope this not my husband asking this question

I'm a forty-one year old happily married man and I probably would stay married, were that the case. However, I would spend considerable effort and time to find alternatives to the "no sex" thing. Counseling would be first on the list.

Being that sex is not an important part of my reality, I actually got lucky and found a person who feels the same way. So in a way, I'm in a situation you're describing, except in my case it's a good thing. Would I have given it up if it WAS very important to me? No. I would not have given up anything important.

All of these people who are saying 'yes' might answer differently if they've actually experienced this... you just described my marriage and I am currently considering my options. I am a 30-year-old woman, married for nine years.

I honestly can't answer that without going through it...

I can only say that I have a very high sex drive and don't foresee myself in a relationship where I didn't get any. I MUST have it... it better come up or it's gonna come off !!!!

yes, i would. i am a 21 year old female, and am married. when i said my vows, i meant it; through better or worse. furthermore, depending on the situation, sometimes "other" things can be done besides sex. and, sex is not all that a relationship is about! hope this helps. :o)

Lack of sex wouldn't mean lack of love to me. If one partner could not perform but was understanding and giving enough, why not allow them to visit another for sexual purposes? Not to replace any love lost, but to give the one you love the opportunity to experience pleasure that you are not able to provide.
