MY CAR STARTED EARLIER THEN I TRIED AGAIN AND IT WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING ALL THE LIGHTS COME ON BUT IT WON'T TURN OVER THE BATTERY IS ONLY 6 MONTHS OLD IT DID THIS SAME THING THIS SUMMER SO I PUT ANEW BATTERY IN THEN IT WAS FINE TILL TODAY

Not that I'm aware of. It could be that there is a dead spot on your starter. Could be dirty battery terminals, could be a bad starter solenoid, could even be a bad ignition switch.
Best take it in and have it looked into, either a dealer or an automotive electrical repair shop.

clean the battery terminals....not a starter problem

Sounds like the alternator is not charging.

They are not known to have this problem, but anything mechanical can fail.
