When I was a kid (I'm 39) I used to love watching the old Justice League cartoons on Saturday mornings. That is, until the Wonder Twins were on it.
When I bought "Superman Returns", I got a free Justice League video. I didn't know it was a series again. I really enjoyed it. Completely different that the old cartoon, but it was better.

I really liked that show. From it's introduction as Justice League to its revamp as Justice League Unlimited. I'm still pretty pissed at Cartoon Network for not renewing the series. I don't care if its production cost was expensive it was worth it.

I own the DVDs for the first two seasons and for the first season of Justice League Unlimited.
My favorite was season 2.

JLU. and that show was the best comic interpretation of show, on tv so I'll with the original DCAU JLU.
since it was the closet thing to how the actual character's are in the comics. anyway so you'd know I'd pick that one;) and just for those that didn't know if you guy's that arleady answer doing the new cause of it's a manga/ ANIME LOOK. THE ORIGINAL ONE HELPED BRING THAT TO THE FOR FRONT. it's just some people didn't realise this.
But The DCAU version was best cause it showed that those story's done in comics that are told through serieal story telling are good and doable. dis spite what other's like to claim about comic's told in story and making up excuses for not following the story form the comics as closely as possable. which mean's those story done in cliff hanger story arc's in comics can be done on tv. and seeing how long the show's the DCAU justis league to JLU lasted for 5 seaons in which were hits lasted. that's should tell us all something. those story's in comics are good enough to be done in any form as long as they are good story's and are not bad written ones.
In that sense the are better the super friends bahhhh. that show was harriable. though if you saw super powers the show that intro dues fire storm an d cycborg that show that show that came after super friends, that one it wasn't so bad at least it was step up and lead in for thing'sthat led to the DCAU JL, and JLU shows.

I doubt anything will take the Super Friends taste out of my mouth. I'll never be able to take Superman and co. seriously...
Too bad they never show the old Batman cartoon anymore...

No Way!!!! That is my absolute FAVORITE cartoon EVER!!!!! I LOVE it!!!! I'm fighting with my husband to get the Boomerang channel just so I can watch it!!!
