You should not avoid it. Vaccinations are for your own good, it will serve as your protection from any other possible disease that you might get on the place you want to visit..
If you do not like the experience of being pierced for the vaccination, I think there are some vaccines that you can take orally. Ask your doctor/hospital for options.

They have that law for a reason and trust me, you do not want to be on the business end of a third world type of disease for many reasons.
Here in the US we are not exposed to a lot of diseases that still are present in other countries. This fact puts us at higher risk of contracting these diseases because our bodies do not have the natural immunity to some of these infections.
Also, I know of someone who was almost black listed from returning to the states because he did not have proof that he recieved the proper vaccinations.
So for your own good just do it and save your self some possible pain and missery.

YOU DONT WANT TO NOT GET VACCINATED.....when my "friend" came over from London, he wasnt required, even though it was suggested. BIG MISTAKE!!! Not even a week after he arrived in L.A. where I lived, he got adult chicken pox. Thank god all my immediate family were immune, we had them as kids. HE was MISERABLE and was left with eardrum damage for life, not to mention a week of pain, itching, swelling and permanant scarring all over his body. PLEASE take no chances. Its only a shot and its NOT the needle that people usually get pain by. Its the Ph balance of the liquid medication. I was a medical assistant and chronically fearful of needles. That schooling cured me. I have given may injections thru my carreer and never ever hurt anyone, not even little kids!!!

you may be able to sign a waver.or get a note from your doctor,stating that you can't get one.
