There are a number of presuppositions here that must be dealt with. One is that rap can be a song. Another is that there are good rap songs so that one of them can be the best. Oh heck. I sound just like my parents. They wouldn't admit that what the Beatles did was music. If you say it's the best it probably is. I might even listen to it.

best song, no cause i could name a lot more songs. like... tupacs hail mary and more songs by him. Biggy smalls songs. And naz's one mic. its a good song but not the best in the century.
