That's very common in the Civic's. Around the exhaust pipes there are heat shield that are tack welded. They are prone to get loose causing that rattle.
Their purpose is to reduce the heat being radiated out keeping the surrounding of the exhaust cool. I wouldn't worry and live with it.

Oh gosh, could be almost anything with this info. If you are turning during acceleration, it may be a CV joint. Especially at your mileage. Or not from the front, but the catalylic converter shield sometimes becomes loose and needs to be reattached or tack welded back on tight. It makes a loud terrible rattle. Like a tin can. You would know it, it would feel like it is right under you! So, back to the front end, have someone look at for sure. Anything to do with the CV Joints, struts or brakes need to be looked at ASAP for your safety.

It's the heat shield on your exhauste.Very common and really doesn't hurt a thing but you should either get a new one put on or do as I do and pull it off the rest of the way. It's a safety device so your car doesn't set grass and your car on fire but that has never happened to anyone I know although it is slightly possible.

It could be a few things. You really did not give alot of information like year model mileage on the car etc.. It could be the struts it could be the cv shafts it could be a heat shield like the other person said.
