I'm going to assume that you mean Marvel Studios, and the answer is no, since Wonder Woman is from DC Comics, not Marvel Comics.

There's currently a screenplay being written by Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Angel, Firefly) and rumors about casting for the main part... but it would be from DC Comics, not Marvel

I read somewhere that yes there is a movie to be made. Also, Wonder Woman is DC, not Marvel.
