Yes.
I once watched this movie (or was it a TV program) about this women who hated her husband. She made and icicle in the perfect shape of an arrow. The owned a bow and so when her husband was asleep, she got up, put this frozen arrow in the bow and blasted him in the head.
When the cops came (she called them in the morning), the arrow had melted and so technically no murder weapon. They caught her in the end though (forgot how).

Very early in the morning before the sun comes up, you pluck it and store it in the freezer. Then, you wear rubber gloves to keep the icicle from slipping out of your hands when you stab them in their sleep.
Then, you go out and get an alibi. Next, you come home and call 911 and tell them you've not been home all night and then you found them like this.

Anything could be considered a lethal weapon... my Zen calendar could be a lethal weapon if I bludgeon someone repeatedly with it.

Definitly,could you imagine one of them suckers falling on your head.I often think about that every time i look at a huge icicle hanging from someones house

Yes, but it would need to be thick enough to penetrate skin or really hurt when you hit them across the head. Also, it really IS the best weapon, no evidence.

If it was cold enough to stay hard, maybe but I would'nt say it would be lethal unless a large one fell on you from a great height.

Absolutely. I use to suck on icicles growing up in Alaska and they would get sharp enough to pierce ones tongue.

it has the potential to kill someone...so yes...technically anything from a straw to a calculator could be a lethal weapon..
