there are dominant genes and there is also recessive traits to consider
you could get his blue or her brown depending on many factors
you could get green

According to Science brown is the dominant color. There is a small chance the baby will have blue eyes.

Brown is the dominant gene, but I have blue eyes and my husband has brown. Our first son together has greenish hazel eyes and our younger son has blue eyes. Its as unpredictable as their height. You can make a good guess but you won't know until they are here. Also remember that up to 6 months of age a baby's eye color can change. Most babies are born with bluish eyes.

Although brown is considered "dominant", it isn't that simple. There are several different genes that contribute to eye colour. It is possible to have a blue eyed daughter.
