use corel draw 12. import the image in .jpg. and lock it then use the bezier tool to draw over the picture. the results are great.

Search google images for falcon drawing, falcon cartoon, how to draw falcon, find the easiest one, quickly sctech outline than start with beak than body then tail and finally do head, dont add alot fo dteal because it will most likely ruin it. It you are more of an expert then do shadows and feathers. If it is detailed DONT COLOUR IT!

if you want to do an original instead of tracing look in nature books or do a search online for falcon pictures. if youre not an experianced artist id suggest you study shading and perspective first.

just like you would draw a liger. Make sure its talons are huge and have a weasle impaled on it. make sure it has enormous wings and it looks badass enough to go on the arm of a hell's angel.
