As indicated, I do Security work, transporting temp. or permanent employees to a medical location everyday for breath and urine testing. Problem...TESTER...Not an RN, LPN, I doubt if they have HS Ed..... Typical Instruction upon Security persons arr. "I will tell you how to do your ____job. Do you know what your doing???

I didn't see an actual question in there. I guess I recommend doing what she said. Specifically, tell it to the President (of her company).
