Check out noodletools.com. From that page, choose NoodleBib MLA starter. This link is free to all, the others you have to pay for. All you have to do is put in all of the info you have (author, publisher, etc) and it will generate a works cited page for you in a word document. The whole format will be accurate, all you have to do is add the header if one is required.

just use easybib.com and fill everything out. it formats the information in the proper way. that's what i use and my teachers recommend that site all the time
