Due to all of the wrestlers that died young, Vince set up a wellness program ran by an independant doctor. Several wrestlers have been suspended due to drug use. An example is Chris Masters, he was found to be using an illegal steroid or illegal growth hormone and that is why he was out for months and came back 50 lbs of muscle lighter. Also there are legal products that can be used along with their workout to help them build muscle.

To the people who say Batista is not on steriods, you're an idiot. There are very few wrestlers who don't take steroids and the WWE wouldn't bother screening the wrestlers for steriods because Vince McMahon loves big wrestlers so as long as your big and big muscles, they dont care. I have heard that using steroids gets you kicked out of the Cruiserweight Divission though.

Most of them do because it wouldnt be fun to watch little scrawny guys fighting in the ring. Its entertainment and that whats makes it fun to watch seeing huge strong guys like that. but after eddie died from them im surprised that they wouldnt stop

Actually, none of them do. They get screened. If you look at Chris Masters,sure, it may look like he uses 'roids, but he doesn't.
