Any tips on what route you would take? How are the roads?

roads are good,but u will need lots of change(euros) to pay tolls.

it depends on how fast u drive and what part of the costa del sol u need to get to!

goto www.aa.com or search route planner europe.

AA quote distance of 2123.4kms and travel time of 21hours,that was on a search-brussels to malaga-but i think this is excessive-
should take you approx. 12-13 hours if u drive direct!

Geez.. Just get an airplane ticket Brussels-Sevilla
(I guess the Spanish airlines Iberia can offer you several alternatives a day)
