I don't think the Louvre or the Musee d'Orsay had any Dubuffet from what I can remember. You might want to try a Modern Art museum. I think the Tate in London had some on display last Spring. Usually you can Google museums and galleries, or use Yahoo Travel to look up locations you are going to and then check and see what's currently on display at the museums or galleries in those regions. Museums and Galleries usually rotate some things, so they don't always have the same artwork on display.

I know there are some sculptures in Flaine, which is a French ski resort not far away from Chamonix. I don't know if they are worth the trip.
