Europe gets a lot of bad press in USA and visa versa.. so its kinda hard for citizens to make opinions that aren't biased..

My view is that Europe is the rightful cradle of civilisation on Earth.. most major inventions and human developments stemmed from Europe.. as did most global citizens.. lets face it even USA came from Europe in the beggining.. it was discovered by Europeans and built using European ingenuity..

Sure.. USA won the war.. and left Europe a dump.. while it got ahead.. but it seems times have changed.. Europe has rebuilt and USA is facing mass recession..

So who holds the keys to the future of this planet.. is it USA with all its wars and its insistance that a military solution is the right solution.. or Europe who has rattified Kyoto years ago.. has made real impacts on global warming and who has not started a war since WW2.. they've all been UK and USA since WW2.. ohh.. and Israel..

so who do u trust with the future .. Europe or Israel/US

Well we dont need to assume what position you take considering your attempted obfuscated diatribe.

obviously your equating the old europe of ww2, which was a continent, to the European Union of today which is not a country but a collection of countries.. and then putting htem in a vs position against the USA.

Blamin the USA for leaving Europe a dump ( the USA wasnt involved in that war until they were begged to get involved )
Europe did rebuild.. since the USA helped them do it. ( kinda contradictor to 'leaving' eurpope a dump )

Regardless of all this Islam seems to be takin root in the EU. So you might wanna throw that into the mix when you consider what kinda keys the EU might hold in the future.

Europe has been the most powerful place on earth for 2000years. Romans started the trend and Colonial Empires finished it. Europe had a rest and decided it would allow some of its kids to have a go at control but it wasnt the best outcome. Some things were done well and need to be applauded but others are just dangerous.Europe seems to be deciding it needs to take charge and show the rest of the world how to behave because they are really p.issing us off with there childish antics. We have islamic madmen blowing things up because some geezer told them to and the US getting involved in things it doesnt really need to get involved in. Africa just seems to go from bad to worse and anytime there seems to be an improvement it all goes downhill again. The world may have had its problems under european controlbut at least everything moved forward.

Well...as far as being the "Cradle of Civilization" goes....sorry, but the Arabs and Greeks had advanced civilizations going on when the Europeans were still swingin' in the trees. Oh, and the Europeans "discovered" what the Native Americans had already known what was here for thousands of years.
Aside fom that, I completely agree with the European ideology. Assimilation and tolerance, not the US policy of "divide and conquer". Opening the lines of communication, not dropping bombs.
Since there's been no war on US soil since the Civil War, it's easy for Americans to clamor that "might is right". There are still many thousands of Europeans who remember when war was right at their doorstep. This undoubtedly factors into their reluctance for war. Europe has seen war too often, and it ain't pretty.
It is however heartening for me to see Americans beginning to question the legitamacy of apartheid Israel.
