BSU was considered the underdog and no one thought they would beat Oklahoma, so what about other small conference teams? Should they be given a chance in the future?

Yes if they are in Division 1A they all deserve the same shot. If not why even stay in 1A if you can't win a national championship. The system is messed up.

Almost every year 1 team gets into the BCS and is not in one of the 6 BCS conferences.I feel like 1 is enough.

deoends how they do in the regular season. If a good team does well, then they dont deserve to be kicked out of a bowl game so a small weak team can play. Boise St. went undefeated, so they got to play a good team.

Yes,with stronger rules governing their inclusion in the BCS.
As an aside, the BCS needs more tweaking.
