What should I check as it is not extremely slow but slower than the left blinker.

chances are its the left blinker blinking fast because you have a bulb out somewhere.

Hi guy. You have a bulb burned out. Turn on the four way flasher and take a walk around the car and see which one is not working

You have a weak flasher. That is all the problem is. You can get one at any auto parts store.

probably a weak flasher unit, just wait until it quits and replace it.
