Well sweetie try to talk to her about it, if she decides that she still wants to do it, then tell her parents. Even if she says she won't do it, tell her parents. Because she thinks by cutting herself it is giving her a way out of something. They create pain to see how much they can endure. If she accidentally cuts herself in the wrong way, then she could kill herself or hurt herself in which you are going to feel responsible. If you love her tell her parents they can deal with it and get her the help that she needs otherwise you'll have one dead friend. Good luck sweetie. TELL HER PARENTS BABE, it can't make anything worse.

You need to let her parents know. There's no way she's going to get better unless they find out. If she were your child, wouldn't you want to know?

I would say talk to your friend and see if she will open to you. Help her with her problem. You both can look up places so she can find a way to help her with this problem.
Here is a website that might help you out a little bit.

You have to get a way to get her occupied. Because she will get seriously sick!!!!! Like one of them harmful disease.. So just talk her out of it. Ask her questions and if she is troubled then try telling her another way to take care of her problems. Dont force her to tell you whats wrong she'll feel really weird and uncomfertable.

If you're still in school, you may want to try talking to the counseling office. I know you probably don't want to "blow her in", but this is a serious matter and they have professionals that can get her the help she needs.
