As far as I know, the racing snail does not have a name, or at least it is not mentioned. The closest I can come is the name of the man who rides the snail: Gluckluck, the Tiny. The Rock-biter is the other being with the snail and the Tiny that Bastian meets. (Incidentally, his full name is Bastian Balthazar Bux.......I know you didn't ask that, but consider it a freebie! lol)
