Johnny Depp is like very fine wine. He gets better in every aspect of his life as he grows older. He's sexier, he's a better actor (if that's even possible) and he's Hollywood royalty, but not in the "Brangelina" way where he's in every magazine every day.

Isn't this society's view of most male celebrities?

Think George Clooney...Sean Connery...Mel Gibson.

Society views many male celebrities as getting better looking with age.

Unfortunately, society does not view women in the same light.

I thought he was always ugly...except for once, I guess when he first made the Pirates of the Caribbean movie. I think he is just gettng uglier, now Ashton Kutcher on the other hand....=)

Nah! He is cool, he just knows to go for the odd ball roles. I think he more sure of himself and less superficial.
