Yess seems normal, a little late though. My daughter was walking before she was ten months old. Sitting at around 5 mo and crawled by 6. She has had no health problems.

Most babies sit without support at 6 months old. I dont see what the health problem would be.

My baby is 9 months she'll be 10 months the 2cd of feb. and She's been sitting alone no support since like 1 month and 3 weeks a go or more and the Dr. said she was fine.

most of the babies start sitting when they are 6-7 months old,my son started walking at 11,month,and began sitting at 7 month

They would be on the late side for sitting...but the baby just may have lower muscle tone (this can be helped with physical therapy and can be outgrown as a problem). If you are concerned about the lack of the baby's development...have your doctor refer you to a physical therapist.

I'm not sure I understand. You're asking if a child can sit after 10 months and have no health problems??? Yes, it's possible. My children sat at 6 months about. Are you worried that your child is having trouble because he/she is starting late? If that's the case, please remember every child goes at his/her own pace.

Will she look you in the eye, smile and laugh? Will she look at tv and pay some attention? Can she hold her bottle? Does she babble? If she does these things, I wouldn't worry as much about her sitting up late.

yes that is pass the age that they start to sit up without support.the age is 6-7 months when they first do.if possible 5 months.
