Not to my recollection...he probably wouldn't make a believable bad guy which is why he hasn't been one.

I don't know if you would count this as a "bad guy" but in From Dusk til Dawn he played Seth Gecko a criminal on his way to Mexico escaping with his brother til he ran into some crazy *** bar filled with vampires. In the beginning, he even took hostages before they all joined forces to kill the vampires. So kind of a bad guy.

He has played a "bad guy" as in a criminal in several movies: as some kind of robber:ocean's 11, ocean's 12,o brother where art thou?,from dusk to dawn, out of sight;as a drug dealer,red surf.
