If this is truly your bf, then she should whole heartedly understand your point of view. I would start with subtle hints. Ask her questions like “What has he done for you lately?” This should point out at least one way he is “using her.” If she is still blind, then help her realize how special she is. I mean every woman is wonderful and should be treated as such. A relationship is a two way street. Both partners have to share their duties and give an equal amount of energy into the relationship. I hope that everything works out for the best!

the best way to tell her is with enough evidence to prove it. if you just tell her she will think that you like her boyfriend and want to split them so YOU have a chance, or she might think that you are jealous that she has one and you dont and want to make the split up. be careful when you tell her and how. point out that what matters most to you is your friendship. tell her you dont want for things between you girls get messed up. tell her the truth but as i said, with enough evidence. i had a problem with a friend of mine for that same reason, but at the end she found out i was telling the truth and things are ok now. :) good luck

There is no best way. She will probably think that you are jealous and she will ultimately break off the friendship that she shares with you. So, give her the benefit of having the intelligence to figure things out for herself. How do you know for sure that he's using her, anyway? Is it just your opinion or do you have proof?

There is no good way---she will resent you for it.
Try telling her you wish to talk about something, and catch her when you are both calm, and happy, and have lots of time.
Then tell her your fears, ask her to consider the points you make, reassure her that you are looking out for her best interests, then DROP the subject, and don't mention it again.
She will either see the light & drop him, or not----but she shouldn't get mad at YOU if you choose your words carefully.
Good luck...... it's really hard to watch friends make mistakes!

Have you brought this up with her other friends with whom you have good rapport? If there is a group consensus, perhaps you have a better chance of getting through to her and not risking being singled out as an antagonist.

You should try to warn her. If she is not the type that would think your jelous then you just have to stay away from her until she finds out. But when she breaks up with him then try to go an comfert her. Dont rub it in her face.

You may end up with an enemy if you tell her. Wait till she asks you something related to reveal what you see. Or let her find out for herself. If he's using her, she will see it eventually.
