Position Players

Albert Pujols
-Dominates in every category except stolen bases and triples easily one of the first three picks in every fantasy draft. Realize he averages more home runs than strikeouts each season...f'n crazy!!

Alex Rodriguez
-Last year he put up great numbers and it was a down year. He's a five-tool threat and adds some speed. He doesn't have to swipe as many bags in NY, but he'll still get you some freebies that you normally don't get from power hitters.

Jose Reyes
-Reyes doesn't offer the power and RBI numbers that A-Rod and Pujols do, but he brings a whole different dynamic to the game. He is a modern day Rickey Henderson. He gets extra-base hits like crazy (especially triples), he has a solid average, he steals bags left and right and he has enough power (roughly 20 HRs/year) to make him a must have....and he is only getting better!!

Pitchers

Johan Santana
-He's the best pitcher in baseball right now and there isn't anyone who will try to argue that point. Barring unforseen circumstances he's a lock for about 16 wins, 200+ Ks and an ERA under 3.00...hard to argue with any of that.

Roy Halladay
-He's easily a very close number two to Johan on any list of the best pitchers in the game. If Halladay can stay healthy all season long he's a definite Cy Young threat every year.

Carlos Zambrano
-He is big and powerful on the mound and that equates to strikeouts in bunches and plenty of wins. He has an improved offense behind him to put some extra runs on the board, so it's hard not to expect him to put up at least 16-20 wins with high Ks and a nice ERA to boot.

I hope that helps.

Albert Pujols. He'll put better numbers on the board in 2007 than he did last year, when he was injured for a month.

Miguel Cabrera. Look out for him to have a breakout season. I'm watching him play in the Venezuelan winter league and he's really matured.

Johan Santana. What can I say?

properly theres little question this 300 and sixty 5 days that it is Alex Rodriguez for batters, another hitters that are large to have are Prince Fielder, Magglio Ordonez, Albert Pujols, Gary Sheffield, and Jose Reyes. Pitchers may be a huge concern because of the undeniable fact that they are very unpredictable, on the initiating of the 300 and sixty 5 days i might have reported Johan Santana is a familiar rounder now he remains an excellent pitcher this 300 and sixty 5 days he isn't what grow to be anticipated. So i might attempt to base your pitching team around those which you comprehend are hassle-loose or above hassle-loose, no longer likely for one famous individual and the rest under hassle-loose pitchers, my team is Roy Halladay, Carlos Zambrano, Matt Morris, Ervin Santana, Gil Meche, and Randy Wolf, lots of large strike out adult males and adult males that pass 7 innings plus every time out. you are able to remember alleviation pitchers, yet this 300 and sixty 5 days purely some have been remarkable, Arizonas Jose Valverde, Clevelands Joe Borowski, and iffy now and lower back yet Chicagos Ryan Dempster. desire this helped!!!
