you cant quiet thoughts, you can stop them by thinking of only a scenario like the beach ion the middle of the night, but you can never quiet your current thoughts

I am already deaf, well almost, i was diagnosed no internal hearing loss (thats what the doctor said) in both my ears when i was two so i am i 54% in one ear and like 47% in the other, so i do have to wear hearing aids, but i have problems calming me down, so when i turned 13 last year my home-town had purchased me an ipod for me to stay calmed down and stuff. I am not a hyper-problem dude is just that my city is a place where people really care about people, So when my ipod went thorught the wash last year i was suffering, with out music, my life would not be complete with out and ipod, it completes my heart and it makes me who i really am.

well all i listen too is death metal and black metal i dont think hearing f uck your a ss with broken glass by gorerotted as loud as it will go will quite my thoughts
