Mango clothing has a selection of demin skirts that just skim the knee line and are about 25 pound budget.

house of hanover, hanover square, just off regent street isn't too bad... like wise give brown's sale shop a try in south molton street just off oxford street... selfridges should also have a few things left..
for high street shop, just have a wander down oxford street, you'll find tonnes of stuff on sale at the moment... good luck..

try the charity shops seen load in mine recently ...and they were all long or longer with the odd mini good luck ..save you a bundle
