Hard to say. 20K more troops is not going to make a difference though. Dubya needs to get around to defining exactly what the mission is for anything to work. He has been a little dense on that subject. My gut feeling is you can't just pull out right now without some really nasty consequences in the near future for us.

Yes U.S. forces should be removed from Iraq Leave the Iraqis.s sort out their problems without U,S. interference We should not have been in Iraq in the 1st place What we should have done was give the Iraqi people that wanted to get rid of Saddam the means to do it without involving US, Troops Unfortunately we did not do this so now we are stuck in Iraq with no clue as how to get out of the mess we helped create

If we pull out.. the consequences are chaotic if we dint then more American troops will die anyways. But Bush is such a jerk cuz hes there not only for political reasons , but for something that will benefit him economically.
