Definitely not! It may represent a portion of the public Internet community but definitely not "the public".
Though you may find computers in many homes, there are more home without the Internet than with it.
Also, there is a difference between a preference for Asian woman versus a fetish for Asian woman. For some, being with an Asian woman is a fantasy. A lot of that is due to the portrayal of Asian woman in TV and Internet porn (I suspect the bulk of the people you read about on here are big fans of Asian porn).
If I were you I wouldn't assume every white man or man for that matter prefers Asians. I respect an open mind personally and people shouldn't be desired more or less solely because of their nationality.
So there ya go...

I think the opinions pools here are not necessarily correct statistically wise. That is because the people who choose to enter a certain subcategory and look for questions are already passing certain test of 'interest' and therefore do not represent a random slice of the population.
For instance the group, which looks for questions under science\astronomy is surely very different in it's composition from the one interested in Lesbian\trans gender etc..

I dont think so. The internet itself is an alternate universe to most people. The majority of people in America and certainly throughout the rest of the world never get on here. What you see on Answers is the general opinion of people who like to visit Yahoo.

No, they represent the opinions of the people answering. Nobody on here presents any opinions other than their own, and no group should be judged based on any other persons responses. There is enough generalization going on around here, we don't need any more.
Once again, i speak for no one but myself when i say this. Others may agree, but they don't have to!

.. yeah i think this represents the actual public pretty well ... because it is public... but u need to ask the question more than once to get a more accurate picture ... 10-20 answers isnt accurate of the entire population especially in the early eve when all the kids are getting online ..

No more than any other message board does. This is a random sampling of so-called humans at best, and some are trolls and proud of it.
