The answer is 479.25. But it helps if you know how to do it right? =) Here's how:

ok so all a % is is a number out of 100. So if you have 25%, you just calculate 25 divided by 100..which is .25

Then all you do is multiply 1917 by .25 and you get 47925

So since you multiplied by .25, you move the decimal over to the right two times..making it 479.25

okay hun, this is how u set this up. for any percent problem, this is the equation.
Percent% of whole = part
so it would be
25% * 1917= u'r answer
so
.25*1917= 479.25

just so u know- * the star means multiply

so
1917 * (25/100)
=1917 * 0.25
= 479.25
