I'm the backup qb for the Buffalo Bills. I sincerely believe I'm the best qb on the roster but I was replaced this season by J.P Losman. I have the veteran savvy and passing skills to lead a team to the Super Bowl, but my coach decided he'd rather go with a youngster. Should I demand a trade or just be content being a backup? thanks, Kelly

I agree that you are the best QB on the team, but nowadays age is a major factor. Coaches would rather have a promising rookie than a skilled veteran who may only have a couple years left..unless they're immediate Super Bowl Contenders. But..I still think you have a chance..prove you're good in training camp and maybe the coach will see you deserve better, either a better contract or a chance to sign with another team, if not a chance at the starting job.

You are the real Kelly Holcomb!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!!?!?!!?

Awesome. You don't have the best history which really isn't your fault you were on the Browns. You are the best but Losman is d*mn good too. Don't demand a trade or you might not be wanted and if you aren't traded you will be hated in Buffalo and then the Bills will not have another QB after J.P. so just think positive and work your *** off during the offseason and during training camp and you'll have the job back with that "veteran savvy and passing skills" you really have

Whether you are Kelly Holcomb or not, it is a good question.
Kelly Holcomb is a good enough QB to be a starter elsewhere.
The problem is as another responded, younger QBS with potential are preferred to the seasoned vet as a starter.
Why not demand a trade?
I WOULD voice my discontent and displeasure with being a backup and suggest being allowed to further compete for starting QB or be allowed to shop your services elsewhere.
If you got cut it, would make you a free agent.
You might try the Raiders. You could probably get them to the playoffs.
When Jim Plunkett took the Raiders to the Super Bowl and WON, he and that team were aging vets.
When Rich Gannon was QB of the Raiders, he too was an aging vet. Unfortunately, Raiders lost that Super Bowl.
The Jets are already playoff caliber, if allowed to compete for the starting job, you could probably beat out Chad Pennington and you could probably take them beyond the first round.

You better start watching your start quarterback play. I like you kelly but you have no chance to start in this league at all. You are a sitting duck back there and have no mobility. If you had some mobility you might be okay with the buffalo bills. We have to address our line problems before you have any chance with the Bills.

I doubt it. The bill if taken heavily and carried out carefully could have extensive financial outcomes. It has no innovations in it that are below 25 years previous. the worry-loose industry thought it enbodies became cherished by skill of AEI and CATO and the Ludwig Von Mises crowd, and by skill of the Moron President George W Bush, so it includes us from very doubtful parentage certainly. something possibly Hoover might have written. Then the Parliament of Wh*r*s desperate to make it the Coal perpetually Appreciation bill, so approximately 0.5 of the bill is a plan to mine and burn each particle of coal contained in usa. those strikes does no longer help climate substitute for the greater desirable. Coal makes a great style of CO2. there is not any sparkling coal. there is not any CO2 sequestration -- that's all vaporware -- Fiction technological information. So the bill is enable's basically say conspicuously sub-optimized. Senators could make heros of themselves by skill of killing the bill. they are in a position to posture now and placed that interior the financial company for the autumn and their next electoral run. no person is gazing now -- you gotta get it on tape and use it later. they are in a position to furnish speeches to an empty room (as prevalent), and fake they are John Paul Jones saving the Republic, complicated the empty chairs to respond to them returned, understanding that the cameraman has strict classes to no longer pan around the room. what's going to ensue is a Hydrogen technologies bill will emerge sometime around Jan/Feb/Mar 2010, and it will leapfrog this previous relic, that truly ought to bypass to the Smithsonian, with the different nineteenth century coal burning equipment and locomotives. call it the techniques droppings of Dubya, uncommon certainly, possibly it ought to have its very own glass case. climate substitute merits and gets a severe bill that addresses the difficulty substantively, and would not basically attempt to sell greater comparable/previous comparable/previous. we don't desire greater routines in hypocrisy, double-communicate, and ok-street-offered-and-paid-for-law... you won't be in a position of bribe your thank you to a cooler international. Canute might have taught us that, spectacular?

Kelly Holcomb is a backup quarterback in this league ... nothing more. Requesting a trade and moving to another team will only get him another backup position. No one would start this guy.

even if this is a joke, you cant demand a trade because you have no leverage. be content being a backup, instead of being cut, and not having a job.

You probably arent the real Holcomb and if you are you havent done much to demand a trade so I would just keep quiet and collect your money by not doing much.
