Has any1 test a week after sex and got a positive and whats the most accurate test

One week pregnant will not show up. If you get a positive one week after sex, count backward one encounter. It was the last one. It usually takes two weeks (14-20 days) to get a positive test. If you have a positive result, head to the doc (don't let them tell you to wait for 12 weeks, tell them you are coming in and you don't know how far along you are).

Well, I do know a great brand of early pregnancy tests. When we were trying to get pregnant I was constantly buying pregnancy tests. Most of the ones in the stores, drug store (longs, walgreens etc) have a certain level of HCG ( a pregnancy hormone) that it will detect to turn positive. Which you usually don't have enough until a couple days before you are expecting your period. And even then sometimes you may not have a high enough level for detection. I found great home pregnancy tests at The Dollar Tree store,and they are only a dollar : ). But that is not the reason I bought them. The reason they are so great is that this test is the only test that detects a low level of HCG. I took oneof these an came out positive and one of a popular brand that came out neg and I was indeed pregnant! Also the docs can do a blood test to test the actual levels. Good Luck to you!

one week after sex yes it can it only takes 7 to 10 after ovualation to test pos for hcg which most ppl dont but hse could have had a period and be further along

clear blue easy and yes typically 1 week is too short. Has to be at least around the time of the expectant period.
